Tara Kavanagh

Tara has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Her love for yoga really developed during her weight loss transformation 12 years ago when she lost almost half her body weight. After seeing the benefits of yoga in her own life, Tara is passionate about showing others just how good they can feel in their own bodies and how developing a consistent yoga practice can benefit all areas of your life. She has practiced with yoga greats, Shiva Rea and Sean Corn and received her yoga teaching certification in Swastha Yoga with Kevin McQuillan and Serena Arora who were recently featured on an episode of The Bachelor Canada. Her weight loss transformation story has been featured on several websites including jillianmichaels.com and people.com and has been published in Women’s Own magazine in the U.K.
