So you are ready to start CrossFit? Great!

Here are the steps to getting started at Rushmore CrossFit

Step 1-Learn the Basics of CrossFit

Attend an On Ramp class

Contact our On Ramp Coordinator Chris Jackson to set up an a one hour session to learn the basics of CrossFit.   Email Chris_RCF@outlook.com or Call 605-393-5281

Cost: Included with first month’s membership

 Step 2-Join Our Regularly Scheduled Classes

Join the regular group classes, get a great workout in, and have fun.
