Barbell class is an hour of pure weightlifting awesomeness. The Olympic lifts can be the most frustrating and hard to improve aspects of CrossFit, so this is an hour to come in and improve those skills. More experienced lifters can work on building strength and get feedback from a USAW certified coach to help dial in those little details that make all the difference. Various program cycles are followed depending on the time of year. From complex heavy technique development cycles to strength development cycles, you will always find some way to improve your lifts. No experience is needed as anything we are doing can be tailored to fit your level. Aside from having fun, snatches, cleans, and squats are the primary focus of the class. Assistance exercises will also be included.
