Whether you're in town for work, vacation, or just passing through the Black Hills, we'd love to have you join us for a workout.

We offer both Drop-In Class Passes and Open Gym Passes to fit your schedule.

Reserve Your Spot Online

Classes can fill up, especially during travel season. Pre-registering online guarantees your spot, saves time at check-in, and gives you access to our lowest drop-in rates.

Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but in-gym drop-in pricing is higher.

How to Drop In

  1. Check the schedule and find a class time that works for you.
  2. Sign up through the link, reserve your spot, and complete your waiver.
  3. Arrive 5–10 minutes before class to meet the coach and get acquainted with the gym.

Drop-in classes are intended for athletes with at least one month of CrossFit or group fitness experience.
