Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Mixed Berries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl or jar, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey.
  2. Stir well, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats and top with mixed berries.
  4. Serve cold or warm up in the microwave.
